 Hello again! I started to search through teacher websites through Leon County Public Schools and I found one of a first-grade teacher named Ms. Bonnell. On her teacher's website, she has it separated into several sections. The sections include the welcome page, student resources, announcements, important documents, and her classroom library. I feel that having the classroom library public to the parents is an easy way for parents to keep updated with what their children are reading in school. This is perfect for when parents want to implement certain readings at home. I also found the important documents page helpful. Here is where you can find a classroom supply list, their class schedule, and a calendar of important dates and information for parents/students to expect.

As I plan to be a future teacher, I feel it is important to use technology in my classroom efficiently and to use it to accomplish my career responsibilities. To accomplish my professional responsibilities more efficiently and effectively I can use programs such as Google Classroom or even Microsoft Teams. Using programs like these allows me to efficiently fulfill my future professional responsibilities. 

    Last week for assignment two was the first time I had ever used Canvas like that. I found it pretty cool because I did not even know about certain features. I did have a bit of difficulty with learning some of the new features but I was able to figure it out fairly quickly. It was also a plus that this assignment was a group assignment because if one of us was lost we were all able to help each other out and give guidance to one another. In my future career when I use Canvas, I plan to post weekly announcements of what the students should expect for the week. I have several teachers who do this weekly and I find that it is a great thing to do. It helps me gain clear expectations of what I should be expecting for this week and in the future.
